AMC's final episode to air Sept 23rd!

ABC Media Net press release has posted... Out of love and respect for the show, many beloved actors will be returning to Pine Valley, including Josh Duhamel (Leo Du Pres), Eva La Rue (Maria Santos), Thorsten Kaye (Zach Slater), Carol Burnett (Verla Grubbs), Kate Collins (Janet Green), Jennifer Bassey (Marion Chandler), Melissa Claire Egan (Annie Chandler) and Leven Rambin (Lily Montgomery), among others yet to be announced. Final episodes will celebrate the stories of the families that fans have grown to know and love over the years.

ABC will broadcast its final episode of the Daytime Emmy Award-winning drama series, "All My Children," on Friday, September 23rd.

Rumor is that ABC will air a 2 hour episode for the finally, And did y'all read that? Leven Rambin IS returning as Jackson's autistic daughter Lily.

Natalie Hall joins 'Pretty Little Liars'

Natalie Hall (AMC's Colby Chandler) isn't letting 'All My Children' being canceled slow her down! Natalie has join the cast of ABC Family's 'Pretty Little Liars' taking over the role of Kate, the stepsister of Ashley Benson's character Hanna.

No news yet as to when she will appear on the show.

Can you help Tamara Braun (AMC's Ex- Reese Williams) find her cousin Lauren Spierer? The 20 year old Indiana University collage sophomore was last seen on Friday June 3rd 2011 at a local bar in the area called Kilroy's.

Lauren was last seen leaving the bar heading to her apartment just one block away, She was last seen barefoot as she left her shoes and cell phone at the bar, She was wearing a white tank top, black stretch pants and a light colored loose fitting button up shirt.

Lauren left the bar with fellow student Corey Rossman, The pair walked to his off campus apartment where Rossmen says he got into a confrontation with some other students, and claimed he was punched in the face and has since lost all memory of that evening.

Behind the scenes of 'Torchwood: Miracle Day'

Starz has premiered an 11-minute behind-the-scenes video for 'Torchwood: Miracle Day' that lays out the downside to a day when nobody dies, introduces the new cast members.


The hotly anticipated fourth season of the hit sci-fi series features returning stars John Barrowman, Eve Myles and Kai Owen, joined by Alexa Havins (AMC's Ex- Babe Carey-Chandler), Mekhi Phifer (ER, Lie to Me), Bill Pullman (Independence Day), Lauren Ambrose (Six Feet Under) and Arlene Tur (Crash, Eat Pray Love). NBC announced Monday Kelli Giddish (AMC's Ex- Di Henry) has signed on as a series regular for the new season of Law & Order: SVU.


Giddish will play a new detective going into Season 13, filling the void left by Chris Meloni, who abruptly left the series after contract negotiations fell through.

Terrence Mann takes the Lead in 'My Fair Lady'

Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT), concludes its 2011 Nutmeg Summer Series with My Fair Lady, running July 7th - 17th in the Harriett S. Jorgensen Theatre (lower Jorgensen Auditorium) on the UConn Storrs campus. CRT is delighted to have soap opera legend Eileen Fulton, who portrayed Lisa Miller Grimaldi on As the World Turns for almost 50 years, starring as Mrs. Higgins in My Fair Lady. Broadway star Terrence Mann (AMC's Ex- Earl Boyd) performs as Professor Henry Higgins Mr. Mann originated the roles of Rum Tum Tugger in Cats, Javert in Les Miserables, and the Beast in Disney's Beauty and the Beast on Broadway. Choreography is by Broadway star Charlotte d'Amboise, who will soon return to her role as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway.

Spoilers for the week of June 27th 2011...

Amanda has seemingly gotten everything back on track with Jake, as he is now fully committed to her. He even wants to start trying for another baby. But when Amanda experiences stomach cramps she thinks that she may already be pregnant, and who knows whether the father is Jake or JR?


And speaking of JR, in the aftermath of Bianca confessing her feelings to Marissa, what's Marissa going to do? Is this the end of the Bianca/Marissa friendship….or the beginning of something more?


Now that she's gotten David the foothold of power that he wanted, Jane begins to worry this week that she's of no further use to him. Will David ruthlessly cut her loose? You might be surprised to see where these two end up. Meanwhile, Erica is losing it in captivity, which is making her very dangerous to Jane.


Griffin tells Bianca and Kendall that he’s leaving Pine Valley to return to the field asap! But Griffin tells David his real reasons for leaving town. Will Griffin admit his feelings for Kendall before leaving Pine Valley? Doesn't look that way when Kendall and Griffin share an awkward goodbye.


All this, plus Ryan asks Tad if he will marry him and Greenlee, Dixie continues to stir restlessly in her sleep, David warns Jane not to get too close with Ryan, Asher unexpectedly kisses Colby and wants to make love and Maya shows up for work with a black eye.

Soap Opera Digest July 5th issue is reporting... Soap newbie Trai Byers makes his 'All My Children' debut this week as Mookie, Maya's (Mariah Buzolin) abusive boyfriend and presumably baby Lucy's biological father.


Look for Mookie to show up in Pine Valley on Thursday, June 30th, What could this mean for Angie & Jesse?

Lindsay Price expecting first child

Lindsay Price (AMC's Ex- An Li Chen Bodine) and "Top Chef Masters" host Curtis Stone are expecting their first child together.

Stone told People magazine.

"We couldn't be more thrilled to be starting a family together, We are over the moon."

Lindsay and Curtis have been dating since 2009.

Lisa's Weekly "All My Children" Rant...

Let's Talk About AMC baby, Let's talk about what will be, Let's talk about all of the good things and the bad things that may be.

First of all, I am going to take this time to congratulate my girl Brittany Allen AKA Marissa for winning the Emmy! I was so happy about this and for her. We miss you Brittany and all the best to you in your future endeavors.

Lots and lots of good things to come with all of the past cast members that have been announced coming back. The latest is Carol Burnett as Verla Grubbs. For those who did not watch the show then, you are certainly in for a treat. I can not wait for this one!

Lorraine Broderick's writing begins airing on Monday and it is about time. I am not saying I have disliked all of what has been going on; but her writing is supreme and we should be seeing a better show straight to it's ending in September and give us the ending we deserve and want.

Amanda and JR slept together. Not my favorite thing that happened; but one of the biggest this week. A friend of mine called it to me before it aired that Amanda will end up pregnant. I am sure you all thought the same and I do as well. They have to be found out so that Cara and Jake could get together and Marissa and Bianca. Right now, Amanda doesn't even want to look at JR; but she will. It will not take long after the smoke hits the fan.

I got a lot of flack regarding my feelings about the Marissa and Bianca pairing storyline. Sorry about that, really. I did not mean to give the impression that I was bashing gays; on the contrary. I just did not think they should have made a previously straight person gay. They should have given Bianca someone that was gay and paired Marissa with Scott if they wanted JR with Amanda. However, this storyline is interesting because the reactions to this should be amazing.

Am I the only one that thinks that Jane likes David?? Could there be a kiss or pairing before it is revealed to everyone she is not Erica? I hope so. this would be a great twist.

I loved the Kendall/Griffin/Madison scenes. The way Kendall was with Madison was beautiful. I wanted to cry when she said I know what it feels like you are never going to recover from a loss. Heartbreaking! I hope Kendall is there for Madison and that she lets her. I felt bad for Randi in those scenes because she shut her out and when she suggested Scott. Wrong move Randi, lol. Poor Scott. Well, he did it to himself but still feel bad.

I am sorry! But, I thought the Colby singing to Asher was GOD AWFUL! Enough said!

'All My Children' Star Kidz News!

Our good friend Lisa Pettit from over at Star Kidz.net has agreed to keep you Pine Valley EXPOSER readers up to date on all the children of 'All My Children'. What a busy week it has been for the children of All My Children!!!! Mackenzie Aladjem (Miranda Montgomery), Tate Berney (AJ Chandler), Danielle Parker (Emma Lavery) and Jake Vaughn (Spike Lavery) all attended the Daytime Emmys in Las Vegas Sunday night! Many of you probably spotted them during the broadcast as there were many shots of the All My Children cast throughout the night! The kids also walked the red carpet where they saw a gigantic replica of the Daytime Emmy and spoke with various press including Entetainment Tonight. After the awards ceremony they attended the after party and couldn’t wait to congratulate Brittany Allen on her win and see the Emmy up close!

On June 21st, Mackenzie Aladjem attended the premiere of “Turtle: The Incredible Journey” at Sea World alongside one of her best friends Peyton List (Diary of A Whimpy Kid; ex-Older Bess/Miranda, AMC). Nothing beats a bright sunny day at Sea World!






In booking news, Danielle Parker was on set this past Saturday for a new pilot Redesigning Your Life With Lainey Chase. We all hope it gets picked up!!

Soap Reruns for Independence Day

Don't worry about missing your favorite soap on Independence Day, because ABC is planning a full network encore broadcast for Monday, July 4th.

The encore episodes of 'All My Childre' scheduled to air will be from November 11th, 2010 when Kendall and Zach go down memory lane and revisit the history of their relationship. Meanwhile, Jesse learns that Natalia and Brot have been dating, and Ryan and Greenlee grow closer while on a mission to find evidence to clear her name in David's murder.

Sofia Black-D’Elia invites fans to hang out

Sofia Black-D’Elia (AMC's Ex- Bailey Wells) took to her Twitter page this past weekend to invite any of her fans to hang out with her. Sofia was in Los Angeles on the set of the music video for Hoodie Allen’s new single and she offered any fans in the area to come and join her.

Sofia tweeted...

“Whose in LA and wants to join me and @HoodieAllen on the set of his new music video? Email squashie15@yahoo.com to come hang with us! :)”

It is not known if anyone actually did take up the offer from this talented up and coming actress.

Sofia recently expressed her disappointment with MTV, over Twitter, after her show Skins was cancelled in the US. It will be interesting to see what project Sofia takes on next but someone so young and talent will surely receive plenty of offers. Follow Sofia on twitter HERE.

James Patrick Stuart (AMC's Ex- Will Cortlandt), Stephanie Faracy, Jane Kaczmarek, Mark Moses, Cheri Oteri and Jack Plotnick will perform 'Standing on Ceremony: The Gay Marriage Plays' at The Renberg Theatre, in the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's Village at Ed Gould Plaza on Monday, June 27th at 8pm.

Spoilers for the week of June 20th 2011...

Amanda makes an impulsive decision this week and sleeps with JR so she can even the score with Jake (okay, she's confused and sad, too). After all, he slept with Cara ... right? Oops! No, he didn't. So what happens when Amanda learns that particular truth? And with JR pressuring her not to, will she be able to come clean to Jake?


JR's not only mucking up one relationship -- Jake and Amanda's -- but he's also inadvertently mucking up a relationship that hasn't even begun yet. He's got Bianca telling him all the right things to say and do to woo Marisa, but Bianca has decided that it's time to tell Marisa her true feelings. How will Marisa respond?


Erica warns Jane that she is no match for David, But he has Jane exactly where he wants her, and this week, he gets "Erica Kane" to introduce him as her partner in running Pine Valley Hospital. From Jake to Angie to Frankie, see how Pine Valley reacts to this latest turn of events.


The conflict between Greenlee and Madison cranks up this week, as Greenlee sees Madison continuing to get closer to Ryan. And Greenlee decides to fight back, Fusion-style. But is Greenlee being too hard on Madison? Kendall thinks so when she spots a disoriented Madison in the park.
